Shipping Method

We offer shipping services through EMS or DHL.

Ready-Made Products

Except for tatami, whose surface is made from natural Igusa (rush grass), we typically ship ready-made products within one week of receiving your order. If there is a need for inspection that may cause a delay, we will inform you separately.

Custom & Wholesale Products

We will inform you about the shipping date for custom and wholesale products, as lead times will vary on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes & Customs Fees

Please note that taxes, customs duties, and additional fees may vary depending on the country or region of delivery. All expenses incurred at customs, such as taxes, customs duties, and customs fees, are the customer's responsibility. This includes those incurred while delivering returned or incorrectly shipped items. We appreciate your understanding.
